Q9 Property Solutions is looking for a property inspector for the following address: 1229 Highway 140 NW, Adairsville, GA 30103 Must have access to smartphone/camera and computer with a high-speed internet connection. Job duties include but not limited to: - Coordinating appointment to meet with owners/property managers. - Visually inspecting interior and exterior of the property. - Evaluating property for condition including landscaping, exterior paint, roof, kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms and HVAC. - Taking pictures and video of property and uploading files to google drive or via email.
