ServSafe Food Protection Management Training (16 Hr Course). This Training is instructed by Javarise J. Terry. Dear, Prospective Student: Thank you for your interest in participating in our 2nd Session for 2021 ServSafe Food Protection Manager Course. This training session is in-person training and will be instructed by Javarise J. Terry. Training Schedule: December 9th, 2021: Class Start: 9:00a.m. Class Ending 5:00p.m. December 10th, 2021: Class Start: 9:00a.m. Class Ending 5:00p.m. In this 16 Hour Course students will learn and understand the objectives of these critical principles in the area(s) of 1. Personal Hygiene 2. Cross Contamination 3. Time and Temperature 4. Receiving and Storage 5. Food Safety Management Systems 6. Training Hourly Employees After you have registered you will receive an information email from Javarise J. Terry with your Student Course ID and Welcoming Letter with class rules and instructions. Please be sure to complete your pre-diagnostic test before the beginning of class. This diagnostic test will be issued within your "Welcoming Email". and is a total of 80-Questions. All students will be taking the Instructional Course (16 Hr.) and Printed Exam. The course fees for this course is $151.00. If you would like to independently order your ServSafe Food Protection Management 7th Edition Booklet, these books are also available on Amazon (Students will be responsible for receiving the proper booklet and exam sheet inserted into the booklet).
