Realtor Safety Class This is not a Self Defense class. This is a Self Offense class. It’s not about picking a fight, it’s about avoiding a fight. Instructor Bio: Jay Lundberg - former Real Estate Agent. He served in the United States Marine Corps. During his time in the Marine Corps, he was a Marksmanship Training Unit instructor. Training Marines techniques for entering and clearing buildings in urban environments. Worked with LA/San Diego Special Weapons and Tactic squads (SWAT) and Special Emergency Response Teams (SERT). Provided personal security to Marine Colonel and Sargeant Major.
