Enjoy an evening at Dos Amigos with special guest Michael Hauptly-Pierce from Lithermans Limited Brewery Dos Amigos will be serving a four course dinner paired with four of Lithermans Limited select beers making this a unique experience here at Dos Amigos. MENU First Course- Flame grilled shishito peppers with a white melon gazpacho paired with Lithermans Sunday Matinee Blonde Ale Second Course- Beer brined chicken wings, beer cheese and house tortilla chips paired with Lithermans Misguided Angel IPA Third Course- Mezcal shrimp tostada with charred pineapple salsa and salted crema served with cilantro-lime rice, black beans and salsa fresca. Paired with Lithermans Strange Love Sour Ale Dessert- Cherry liqueur sorbet, aged cherry caramel, graham cracker and whipped cheesecake. Paired with Lithermans cherry Bomb Sour Ale ***This is a covid friendly event with a thirty person maximum.
