RESTORATION TECH 1 Locally owned, national property restoration franchise (handling fire, water, smoke & mold damage remediation / restoration to residential & commercial properties), seeks a Restoration Tech1 in the Bakersfield area. Daily Activities: • Works under supervision of more experienced technicians and Project Coordinator. • Performs cleaning and precision (“surgical”) demolition tasks in damaged properties • Loads and unloads service trucks for ongoing jobs • Cleans, maintains, and stores drying equipment • Assists with basic paperwork and photo documentation • Participates in regular training • Responds to emergency service calls outside normal business hours Skills: • Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions • Must be in good health with strength and stamina • Comfortable working with hand tools and power tools Attitude: • Service-oriented, caring • Strong work ethic, reliable, trustworthy • Willing to learn • Team player Location: Bakersfield Hours: Hours Vary PT/FT, On-Call Wage: $811-949 per week BOE Benefits: Paid Vacation and Holidays; Sick leave; Bonus Plans Other: Must have CLEAN DMV Must pass BACKGROUND CHECK Must be a NON-SMOKER. “We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
