SENIOR RESTORATION TECH Locally owned, national property restoration franchise (handling fire, water, smoke & mold damage remediation / restoration to residential and commercial properties), seeks a Senior Restoration Tech in the Bakersfield area. Experience: Must have at least 3 years in the restoration field and possess a range of IICRC certifications and training certificates, or equivalent experience. Daily Activities: • Inspecting new jobs and signing up customers, setting work plans • Coordinate and direct crews (working alongside newer techs) • Training crews on restoration techniques, procedures and light construction skills • Communication with customers, management, insurance adjusters, vendors and subcontractors, both in writing and verbally. Skills: Strong Leadership skills required • Must be a very good communicator, verbally and in writing • Problem solving for complex technical issues • Possess a thorough understanding of issues related to contaminants, mold, and bio-hazards. • Understand customer needs as they relate to timeliness, sensitivity, and process planning • Basic Knowledge of claim documentation and Xactimate Attitude: Committed to delivering 5 star service on every job. • Strong work ethic, reliable, trustworthy, and friendly. • Display a willingness to learn new skills and systems. • Work as a team player or individually. • Seek training and direction Location: Bakersfield Hours: Hours Vary PT/FT, On-Call Wage: $949-$1110 per week plus OT and bonuses Benefits: Paid Vacation and Holidays; Sick leave; Bonus Plans Other: Must have CLEAN DMV Must pass BACKGROUND CHECK Must be a NON-SMOKER. “We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
