LEAD RESTORATION TECH Locally owned, national property restoration franchise (handling fire, water, smoke & mold damage remediation / restoration to residential & commercial properties), seeks a Lead Restoration Tech in the Bakersfield area. Experience: Must have at least 1-2 years’ experience in the restoration field Daily Activities: • Leads a two-man crew under supervision of a Senior Tech or Project Coordinator. • Follows written job plans and verbal instructions • Performs cleaning and precise (surgical) demolition tasks in damaged properties • Loads and unloads service trucks for ongoing jobs • Cleans, maintains, and stores drying equipment • Completes basic paperwork, simple field sketches, and photo documentation • Participates in regular training • Responds to emergency service calls outside normal business hours Skills: • Must be able to work independently; follow written and verbal instructions • Complete work with focused efficiency • Must be in good health with strength and stamina • Comfortable working with hand tools and power tools Attitude: Must have a desire to deliver 5 star customer service on every job. • Strong work ethic, reliable, trustworthy, and friendly. • Display a willingness to learn new skills and systems. • Work as a team player or individually. • Must have a “can-do” attitude.
