Bloomington Home Improvement Fair 2022 Sat. February 26, 2022 9:30 am-2:30 pm Request for Vendors-Registration The City of Bloomington and the Bloomington Housing and Redevelopment Authority (HRA) announce the 2022 Home Improvement Fair Vendor Registration. If you are a Home Renovation Contractor or Supplier, and are interested in exhibiting at the Bloomington Home Improvement Fair, here is important information you need to know before registering: 1. We are accepting registrations until Friday, December 17, 2021 4:30 PM. 2. Booth prices are based on location: $425 Lobby and Hallway. $300 Rehearsal Hall, Chambers and Lunchroom.3. Booth size is 10' wide x 6' deep and includes a 6' table w/skirting, back & side draping, 2 chairs and a vendor sign. PLEASE NOTE: Only single booths will be allowed this year. 4. Please be sure to indicate if you need electricity. All vendors requesting electricity will be required to provide their own 25' extension cord (16 gauge min. UL approved). Please put your company name on the cord. 5. If your company is interested in presenting a Home remodeling seminar, please indicate your interest on the registration form. All vendors and seminars will be listed on all publications as well as the flyers that are handed out at the fair. 6. We are also asking that each company donate a door prize to the Home Improvement Fair drawing for our guests. Staff will collect the prize from you the day of the fair. All vendors donating a prize will be listed on the flyers handed out at the fair. 7. Please note that as of today masks will be required by all vendors and staff. COVID protocols may change as the event draws near, including the possibility of cancellation of the event due to COVID. In the event of cancellation, all registration fees will be refunded. 8. More information will be sent out via email as details are worked out and the day gets closer. 9.
