Learn how to balance energy between the head and the heart, while equipping yourself with all of the necessary tools to cultivate a meaningful nighttime wind-down ritual/routine.
We'll briefly discuss the concepts of rest as resistance, the inherent value in restorative yoga, and then move into an extended practice of asanas (postures/poses) sequenced in order to slow, calm, and relax the nervous system in preparation for deep rest
