2 bonded budgies to rehome

I am looking to rehome one of my bonded pairs, they have laid a clutch of eggs this year, 3 hatched and are now grown. I hope to find them a good home they can go to that is very knowledgeable on the care of these birds such as diet, illnesses, certain perches and brands. I will not rehome to homes that -do not let them fly in a safe environment -have children -who only want to use for the use of breeding. I am asking $50 for a rehoming fee
