Increase self-love using crystals and angelic healing Passionate about crystals? Angels? Need a little more love in your life? It’s all too easy to put yourself down. Taking steps to heal self doubt can be life changing. Join us in opening the anahata (heart) chakra to increase your ability to be self-compassionate. We’ll focus on opening the middle (self-love) and upper (Divine love and compassion) chakras using crystals and angelic healing. In the workshop we will explore self-love and compassion. We will work with healing stones of unconditional love such as Rose Quartz and Rhodonite, as well as those that help you see more clearly. Sense their energies and create your own crystal grid. You will learn how connect the crystals we choose with affirmations, and program our crystals as tools of self-love. The session will conclude with an attunement to Archangel Jophiel, who will wrap you in Divine Light, allowing you to see you own magnificence. Please bring a journal with you. All participants will receive a list of possible crystals to bring for their grids, but be feel free to be creative. You will also receive a programmed crystal that is yours to take home and enjoy. Heidi has trained with each, and in addition to her credential as a doctor of psychology she is a certified spiritual coach, a certified past life regressionist, and a certified angel guide. Heidi works with people throughout the U.S. in her coaching practice. She is an avid writer and teacher and has appeared on numerous podcasts.
