PLM - Property Loss Management, LLC is a Fire & Water Damage Restoration company based in West Bend. You will start and end each workday at our West Bend offices, and travel to various job-sites throughout Southeastern Wisconsin. You will ride in, or drive a company owned vehicle to the job-sites and back. Please have reliable transportation, so that you may arrive at our facility on time for each workday. Please have a valid driver’s license, as you will be required to drive the company owned vehicles. You must be able to bend, kneel, reach and lift to carry items weighing up to 35 pounds. You must be able to work while wearing a respirator, as they are sometimes required. We offer a very fun work environment, with training and advancement for motivated individuals. As you work in the various homes and businesses, you will develop a lot of skills that will be useful throughout your life. You will get plenty of hands-on experience and should be able to take on more responsibility. This fortunately comes with pay increases. Benefits while working at PLM include Competitive Wages; *Paid Time Off days after 3 months; **Paid Holidays after 6 months; ***Simple IRA with 3% company match; ****Paid Vacation after 12 months; *****$250.00 Sign on Bonus, paid after 2 months.
