Very small catering business in need of long-term help. We are a husband and wife team in San Jose, CA. Our business is new but prospering. We are in need of a creative individual who can take direction but can also work independently. We are looking for a fast learner with schedule flexibility. The bulk of your hours will begin in December. You will have paid training for two days in November. Immediately after training, you will be left to work entirely on your own. If you do well, you will be in charge of running the business for numerous days in December, totaling two weeks. The hours range from 11:00 AM - 6:00 PM. During normal months, you can expect to work 10-15 hours per week. Because we travel often, many months you will be required to work 20-30 hours per week. As our business grows, we will continue to hire. Therefore, your position will then be promoted to manager/trainer. You must have a smartphone and reliable transportation. After a month of employment, you will be required to make store runs to restock. We are scheduling interviews for Saturday 11/20/2021 between 11:00 AM and 4:00 PM in 30-minute increments.
