Property Maintenance Crewmember

Shoreline Estates is currently hiring a maintenance crewmember for daily upkeep and maintenance of the park. Maintenance duties include but are not limited to: • Overall maintenance of the Park, which include the laundry rooms, clubhouse, restrooms, pool and other common areas. • Landscaping in the park common areas • Janitorial Cleaning of Recreation Hall, Pool area, and other facilities • General cleanup around property • May included touch up painting on or around property • Maintenance of the pool throughout the year • Maintenance of fencing • Minor repair to plumbing and electrical Job Requirements: • Reliable transportation • Must be able to lift 50+lbs Compensation: This is a full time position at $17.00 - 18.00 an hour depending on experience. Minimum of 32 hours a week, with your day starting at 8am to approx. 3-5pm, depending on necessity and workload, Monday thru Friday. Position will require addressing any after hour maintenance emergencies. We are looking for a dependable, self-motivated, hardworking individual with an excellent work ethic.
