We are the leading local company in commercial and residential waste removal. We are looking to bring on a full time, entry level General Helper to join our team. Our general helper will partner with our service drivers to help meet the needs of our customers, as well as other duties in and around our yard. We are happy to provide training along with advancement opportunities. Minimum Requirements: * Must hold valid CA Drivers License * Must have a driving record in good standing and will be required to present a current DMV printout report with no major violations, or convictions, during interview process. * Excellent organizational and time management skills with a positive attitude. * Strong professional communication and customer service skills. * Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment. * High School Diploma (or equivalent) is needed. Duties and Responsibilities: * Follow and execute all of Environmental Pump Services procedures. * Adhere to all safety requirements to perform services in a safe and controlled manner. * Help maintain truck equipment and appearance of company vehicles (which may include washing trucks and cleaning up the yard). * Any and all other duties as assigned by the route manager, or any other manager/owner. Additional Requirements: * Occasional weekend/OT work will be required. * Work day can start as early as 4:30am, and work is performed until all duties as requested by the owners/managers are complete. Physical Demands: * Holding and grasping suction hose when servicing customers accounts. * Frequent lifting of up to 50+ pounds daily. * Exposure to dark areas, extreme temperatures, loud noise, dust, gas or fumes.
