In Search of Open Rehearsal Space

I'm looking to move into a monthly/rental rehearsal space for band practices and some music production work. All the spaces/warehouses/complexes I've been recommended seem to have very long waitlists, and I thought I'd make this post to see if anyone might know of any spots with some open rooms, or if anyone who has a room is planning to vacate soon. Ideal location would be Oakland/Alameda/Berkeley but would be willing to travel a bit further if need be. Thanks for reading!
