EAST HAVEN, CT —A Silver Alert has been issued for a missing East Haven girl described as an endangered runaway. Sanai Torres, 14, was reporting missing Thursday. She is described as having black hair, brown eyes, is 4-feet, 10 inches tall and weighs 135 pounds. When last seen she was wearing a black puffy jacket and may have a green backpack.
