This ENTRY-LEVEL position is available at our employee-owned company. A hiring bonus is also available for this position. We are looking for the following skill levels: Entry level position onto our Maintenance/Millwright Team. Must have good attendance, transportation, and ability to be at work on time consistently. Must have a natural interest in mechanics and maintenance. Must have good organization, communication, and interpersonal skills. Must be able to follow instructions, work independently, and work under pressure. Must be willing to prep job sites which may including clean up, gathering tools, support of the millwrights as they prep for work. Must not be afraid of heights, even though full compliance with OSHA fall protection standards will be followed. Building and ground maintenance as needed. Ability to become forklift certified. Ability to learn welding skills. Operate hand tools as needed. Overtime is available. Opportunity for advancement as skills increase.
