Yes I want to pay my workers what there worth so I’m willing to teach you everything you need to know to build you into a high paid crew leader. At first the work will be you just helping me doing general labor but based on you I would like to teach the worker more and more until he can do it on his own with his own crew. I own 3 sister company’s paver doctors, epoxy doctors, and deck doctors. All 3 have job openings and need crew members and leaders. I am also looking for rough carpenters as well with there own tools and vehicle to sub work out too. Paver doctors work would mainly be pressure washing, and sealing pavers/ stamped concrete and repairing pavers Epoxy doctors would mainly be prepping and coatings epoxy garages Deck doctors would mainly be pressure washing and staining/ painting decks No experience is necessary but if you have any experience doing any of these task let me know Painting, Staining, paver sealing, stamped concrete, paver leveling, paver repairs, carpentry, woodwork, deck building, epoxy coating
