We are an Airbnb business with units in Hollywood. We are looking for motivated cleaners that pay close attention to detail and to carry out cleaning and maintenance duties. The goal is to keep our units in a clean and orderly condition. Hours & Pay • 6 days a week from 11:00am-5:30pm. • The day off differs and depends on the status of the reservations. • The pay is $2,500 /month ($625 paid weekly). Responsibilities • Punctuality • Communicate about job delay if any. • Perform various cleaning activities such as laundry, sweeping, mopping, dusting, disinfecting, and polishing. • Bathroom Cleaning. • Kitchen Cleaning including stoves, microwaves, and refrigerator. • Ensure all beds are made and rooms are cleaned and inspected. • Clean the yard and make sure no trash or litter on the property. • Follow cleaning checklist & guidelines, and other quality control measures set in place. • Keep our storage units clean and organized. • Go to various stores to buy supplies. • Drop off & pick up laundry and do laundry if needed as well. • Notify of any damages, deficits, and disturbances. • Capable of doing basic handyman tasks. • Must be able to walk, bend, push, pull and lift. • Follow directions and find solutions. • Strive for a 5-star review every time. Requirements • Reliable transportation • Must have a smartphone • Can speak and write in English • Possesses a professional and “positive” attitude • Self-motivated and the ability to identify and complete tasks without direct supervision. • Excellent communication skills. • Prioritization and time management skills. • Working quickly and effectively. • High sense of integrity.
