Brian’s House is a regional provider of services and support for individuals with physical, intellectual, and developmental disabilities. We run and operate over 50 houses across the region, caring for our clients on a 24/7 basis, so we are able to offer flexible schedules at a competitive entry level starting rate. Training and orientation is provided, so those without experience in our industry looking to gain experience are still encouraged to apply. Our Direct Care Counselors provide care and support for their clients and assist them with community engagement, personal development, daily activities, hygiene and/or personal care, and more. Our Direct Care Counselors are given on-the-job training and clear career tracks/opportunities for advancement, and we’re happy to provide opportunities for employment that offer meaning and satisfaction in the knowledge that our mission has true purpose.  We currently operate houses in the following locations: Coatesville, Exton, Downingtown, Phoenixville, West Chester, Paoli, Malvern, Cochranville, Chadds Ford, Thornton, Broomall, Levittown, Langhorne, Fairless Hills, Bensalem, and Philadelphia. We are seeking both full and part time employees to work a variety of shifts.
