Celebrate 12/25 in a spectacular Hill Country setting
In the spirit of the season, Collective Hill Country is letting non-overnight guests experience the celebrated cuisine of Executive Chef Laura Collins. Join us in a spectacular indoor/outdoor setting overlooking Montesino Ranch. Offering seatings at 5p and 7p on December 25th, our three-course meal has Chef Laura reinterpreting her favourite Holiday recipes for the Hill Country setting.
First course:
OSCAR TOPPING BISQUE
white asparagus, jumbo lump crab, chive oil, tarragon creme
Second course:
FILET MIGNON
parsnip confit, walnut raisin chimichurri, Pernod creamed spinach
Course 3:
EGGNOG CREME BRULEE
$100 per person, children 12 and under are $60. Reservations are extremely limited.
Please note that there are no menu substitutions.
