We are the Aniseed Agency. We are a new Sacramento-based agency that works to reduce food waste in restaurants, supermarkets, and other places that serve food. Our goal is to address the various ways that food ends up in the trash. This will help businesses combat methane emissions from organic waste, reduce hunger in the region, decrease operating costs, and comply with legislation.
