Are you a jack of all trades? Do you love a variety of projects and making a difference for a community? We are looking for a qualified handyman to join our team full time. We are a reputable company, managing associations and condos in the broader Denver metro and need someone to help our communities on quick maintenance and handyman work on the common areas. This position is a full time, hourly position, including benefits (Medical/Dental/401k). The ideal candidate enjoys working independently, takes pride in his/her work, is dedicated and trustworthy, communicates effectively with team members, and is open to helping with whatever is needed. Our ideal team member will be able to do: • Basic painting on interior and exterior • Drywall repair, patch and texture • Basic electrical • Basic plumbing • Basic flooring • Basic carpentry • Trash out services • Troubleshooting and problem solving • Must have tools and reliable transportation • Fluent in English Pay Range - $20-$25/hour plus benefits.
