While this is not a reality for us here in the FM area, it is a daily struggle for for over 785 million people around the world. charity: water is on a mission to change that with a radically transparent model, where 100% of public donations fund clean water projects in developing countries. We're foutunate enough to have Scott Harrison, the founder and CEO of charity: water, and the author of NY times bestselling book Thirst: A Story of Redemption, Compassion, and a Mission to Bring Clean Water to the World. Scott was recognized on Fortune magazine’s list of 40 under 40, Forbes’ Impact 30, Fast Company’s 100 Most Creative People in Business. He is currently a World Economic Forum Young Global Leader.
