We are a wine company (since 2003) presenting wine samples to take orders or sign guests up for wine clubs. Our wines are loved and they are tasty. We are looking for an experienced professional person who can pour small samples of wine and qualifying/asking which wine the customer loved most and ask to sign up for our wine club or take a one time shipment order. KingFrosch.com (wines) will have two shows in two different hotels wine sampling events during the Cowboy Christmas at the national Finals Rodeo (NFR) Event and are looking for two to three happy, energetic, and enthusiastic sales people, offering wine samples and sign guests up for wine clubs or take orders. Sales Opportunity, no wine knowledge necessary besides that there are red wine, white wines and dry wines and sweet wines. You should know those differences. Compensation: We can offer hourly $10/h plus some commission, or full commission. Novice (wine) sales people generate approx. $150/200day plus tips for themselves, our sales people 250/350 plus tips If you are a good presenter (we train you in less than 1 hour) with a smile, did some sales in the past or served in a restaurant offering wines, this is for you. Summary: When and where: December 2nd to December 11th, 2021 Pick and choose your days. Either all 10 days and/or few days. Call us with your availability. Basic wine knowledge required, such as knowing the difference between reds, whites, dry, semi-sweet, etc... Dress code is professional casual. Experience in sales are perfect and in the wine industry or as a server, waiter, waitress and wine knowledge is a plus. Qualifications: - Ideal a valid Food Handler Safety Training Card (approx $7.95 if you don't have it) - Ideal a valid Alcohol Awareness Training (approx $12.50 if you don't have it) - Available for all the days or partial, from 11 am to 5 PM - Be compliant to our requests and ABC rules (do not serve under age [card anybody looks like under 40 years young], do not sample anybody obviously intoxicated, etc.) - Be on time - Be responsible i.e. Answer emails/ phone calls/ text right away - Have accountability - 21 years of age or older. - Ability to form and cultivate relationships. - Well organized with excellent time management skills. - Sales experience, closing skills, not afraid to ask for the sale - Provide tasting and event support for accounts. - Ability to lift/move 30 to 40 pounds (1 case of wine) - Ability to work in accordance with state laws. - Valid state motor vehicle license and reliable transportation to and from the event (your responsibility) - US Citizen/Resident Alien
