We are having an annual Holiday Formal for our company party at our home. Its a black-tie event we have every year, the guests are great people (about 75), there will be passed hors d'oeuvres and buffet style fine food, open bar, etc. We make everything for this party with love at our home and we have a Chef help us every year to help us with the menu, prep for a few hours on Friday, Dec 3rd, and cook/run the kitchen (We have 2 servers helping pass the appetizers, deal with guests, and a bar-tender).
We are looking for a Chef with professional experience cooking fine foods, with good taste, some plating experience, creative menu ideas, etc. This is also a fun event. We will help prep and with some shopping as well. We would love someone who is great to work with, knows
The event goes 6-11pm Sat, Dec 4th. we would need help prepping Friday so anything that needs to be ready to go into the oven at the start of event can be ready.
