Looking to cut a tree

I am looking to cut down a tree that is leaning on and over the roof. It is in a tight spot between the house wall and a chain-link fence. You would need to have insurance covering potential property damages as well as yourself. On the second picture it is the leftmost tree (cannot see the top). Please provide your quote.
