Cat who needs help

Hello, I found this guy in a sheetz parking lot about a year ago. He has a pretty bad sinus issue that has not gone away in the last year. I can not afford to get him the help he needs. So I would like for someone to take him who can help him out. He is not a bad cat and what he has will not get any other cats/pets sick. I just know he would have a better life if someone could help him out. You can call text or email me. If I dont answer leave a voicemail
