Local commercial property management company has a landscaper position available. Seeking a reliable landscaper with experience in commercial property landscape maintenance and grounds keeping for multiple business parks. Truck and tools provided. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: • Must be proficient at using line trimmers, backpack blowers, mowers and maintaining this equipment in good working condition. • Remove leaves, litter and debris from entire property including parking lots, driveways and sidewalks, keeping the property in a well maintained, clean condition. • Operate and perform maintenance on landscaping and irrigation equipment. • Repair sprinkler systems. • Prune trees and bushes as needed. Fertilize grass and plants as needed. Replace plants as needed. • Keep all rock areas well raked and clean. • Mow and trim grass as needed. • Keep all irrigation timers correctly set to ensure all plants, trees and grass are watered appropriately. Job Requirements: • Experience in the landscape or property maintenance industry. • Must have a valid NM Drivers License. • A results-oriented self-starter able to multi-task and meet deadlines. • Dependable • Positive attitude • Irrigation system programming knowledge.
