1 Anyone that has been harassed by staff at John Marshall community center. Rude short fat ugly lady?! One person there is rude and specifically goes out of their way to make getting service difficult. Please let me know about your experience. I am filing an official complaint about being denied services because person there didn't like the way I exited facility in my vehicle. Was afraid I was going to run them over. Ignorant. Refused y accept veteran I'd card because it had no date of birth. Read the HSD policy. Please put "food" in the reply line to reply. Anyone that has experience with filing official complaint with social services here in Albuquerque at John Marshall community center can offer assistance. I only get food and it's been troublesome with one employee there that needs to be retrained and reprimanded for her poor attitude and treatment of community members seeking assistance. Discrimination is wrong. Her racist attitude and poor ability to serve clients without allowing her personal failure as a basic human being; and inability to be a compassionate person, both make her a hateful and miserable female. Thanks. I pity her poor ass but her personal problems should not become an issue to community services provided. Fire her, NOW. Report this poor performing worker. Vile individual full of prejudice and bias that allow make her discriminate and refuse service in her public employment position. Community center should be inclusive and safe place to get government and social community provided support. Her actions are flat out wrong.
