I have 1 acre of fenced in, well cared for land that has storage (no, you cannot live, camp or overnight) capacity for VERY FEW Recreational vehicles to park. Storage can not be for more than 6 consecutive months. This is intended for Off Season storage, although we will honor the client's needs for their chosen time of year. You MUST have insurance or sign a waiver. We live on site and will do our best to insure your Rig is observed at LEAST daily, but likely much more often. If you entrust us with access to your Rig, we will make periodic interior observations and report any negative findings immediately. Pricing is ridiculously simple. EVERYONE pays the same fee of $75 per month. The yard is easy to access and is available, with some notice, anytime you need. You WILL NOT have a key to the gate. This helps ensure only rightful owners or their charges are granted yard access. This also makes sure that our Eastern European Shepherd is stowed while you visit. She's a big girl with a big yard. This includes the storage yard. If she knows you're supposed to be there via observation of us, her parents, you're fine. She is protective of her yard, house and family so your Rig's in good hands! We are limiting the number of Rigs to 4-6. Ponderosa is an easy, pleasant drive from the ABQ AREA making your occasional visits pleasurable, not taxing. Heck, you can pick up some Ponderosa Valley Wine on your way to or from! This is our home so we're serious about it and your Rig. Reach out via email.
