lost grey tabby cat

a small grey tabby cat has gone missing near bullard and millbrook/bullard and first. he’s approximately 9 pounds and has no white markings. he is all grey with a brown colored nose. he was wearing a black leather collar with silver charms on it but this may have been lost. he’s very friendly and has a very high pitched, shrill meow. he was lost on november 17th in the early morning. please contact me if you have any information, thank you!
