2 jobs - 1st irrigation, 2nd build a wood trellis

I have 2 small jobs and plan to use a different person for each job. Each job will require for you to make a trip to the store to shop for and buy some materials, but I'll pay for the materials. Job 1 is to build a small planter box and then to build a trellis inside the planter box. Plans for the trellis and the top of the planter box are at. The planter box will be white. I'll pay for all materials. I have the fence pickets already, for the planter box, but not the rest of the materials. I'm looking for either an hourly quote or a quote for the job. The planter box will be going into an area against my house, so, of course, will need to keep moisture away from the house. Dimensions are 11' long, 2' tall, 21' wide. I need someone with experience with framing or building these kinds of projects. Please take a look at a video of the project at the very top of the document link above. Job 2 is to trench are area of my lawn and to replace broken main line PVC with new 1" SCH 40 PVC where it T's off a the meter, then backfill. Again, I'll pay for all materials. I'm looking for an hourly quote or a quote for the job. The line will need to run about 45' and I believe is about 18-24" deep. I need someone with experience running irrigation lines.
