House clearout - week after Thanksgiving

Two people, 2 to 2.5 days, $2000. Sorry for the photos being sideways - best I could do. Very cluttered, very dirty house. Select furniture will be marked to stay for an estate sale. Literally everything else goes, floor to ceiling. There be a drop box at the end of the driveway. Much/most of this will involve moving stuff out by the wheelbarrow load right into the box. Stuff ranges from furniture (beds, mattresses, dressers, shelves, lamps, chairs, sofa) to clutter on the floor (books, toys, boxes - lots of boxes - clothes, broken dishes, utensils, food, mirrors, decorations, painting, tools, bbq, etc.) Much needs to be pulled straight from the shelves, cupboards, closets. Attic has a lot of stuff too but it's right in the garage, close to drop box. Other than the items marked for keeping, you are welcome to take anything you want for yourself. A lot is actually in good condition - it's just not worth cleaning up the house to try and sell it all. Not paid until job is done, then ASAP on the spot - cash or check - your choice. You will need to sign a liability release - if you hurt yourself that will be on you, not me. If you really bust it hard, you could maybe finish in a day and a half, but I don't want to understate how much stuff there is - it's a full house. I'd rather you be pleasantly surprised if you can finish in less time but plan on the longer. But unlike moving, you don't have to worry about not breaking anything and setting it carefully in a truck. Truly a lot of wheelbarrow work. Just don't damage the walls/doors or appliances.
