On the fence about fostering? Hoping these sweet faces will help convince you to save a life this holiday season. Adoptions slow this time of year, but the pleas from shelter staff do not slow down, in fact they increase. Fosters disappear this time of year, we get it, people are busy. But we couldn't say no to them, these are just a few of the large group of dogs we saved last night. Old and young, large and small, we really could use some extra hands. Even if you can only help over thanksgiving or Christmas break, please reach out. Can you commit to fostering even just one dog until it is adopted you'd literally be saving a life. LITERALLY. We have smalls and larges, young and old Pups pictured are all related, but a foster doesn't need to take all. Shep mixes Adult chi mix is a female, just had pups but they kept the pups at the shelter and sent her without them :( large shep x pictured last is only 10 months old. House trained, crate trained, dog and people friendly. Lost her home when her owner had to move to an apartment and she was surrendered to a rural shelter with her brother. The shelter pulled them to safety for us and the foster who had the brother adopted him. She lost everything shes ever known, but we are determined to give her a second chance up here.
