Job Description;
Use our app to organize and report maintenance and make ready status.
Use our check list for make ready and submit the results before and after it is complete.
Make repairs;
Leaks
Outlets
Window glass
Run drain snake/water jetter
Carpentry
Wall repair and painting
Anything really.
Light lifting.
Problem solving.
When responding please answer the following questions.
Do you have a criminal background?
...smart phone?
...do you mind texting?
...do you have a truck or larger vehicle?
...can you work most days and then be on call to handle emergency maintenance?
Pay depends on the individual and what they can do.
We use an app to track time.
What ever you earn in a week gets paid a week later on Fridays.
