Looking for a general laborer ASAP

A local motel in Chico is looking for a general laborer / handyman. You will be responsible for doing repairs in the rooms like changing faucets, replacing exhaust fans, patching holes in the walls, texturing painting, running a snake down the drain, replacing and fixing toilets. Huge plus if you know how to install vinyl plank flooring, tiles and can do some yard work. You must have reliable transportation and must own the following tools: drill, circular saw, saw guide, screw driver set, etc. You will be working 20 - 40 hours a week.
