MAINTENANCE STAFF JOB DESCRIPTION Seeking an individual for maintaining a 65 unit, six floor, condominium complex. 30-35 hours per week Start time 7:AM or 8:AM depending on the garbage days Duties include recyclable garbage collection of six floor complex, rotation of dumpsters by trash compactor, daily inspection of building and grounds for needed repairs, daily inspection of gauges for equipment, changing burnt out light bulbs, minor electrical and plumbing repairs, painting projects, cleaning and maintaining swimming pool, removal of snow on sidewalks with snowblower, salting icy sidewalks, policing grounds for litter and fallen branches, cleaning floor drains, setting up chairs for meetings, some landscaping, general maintenance. Requirements - Must be neat and clean in appearance, friendly people person, self motivated, no criminal record (background check will be done.) Starting pay $15.00 per hour
