Ark Basement Services is currently seeking qualified subcontractors to add to our growing team. We are willing to pay top dollar to those experienced in various methods and techniques used in the installation of basement waterproofing systems. Requirements and Qualifications • Provide proof of current general liability insurance and valid driver’s license. • Supply your own tools, equipment, and appropriate manpower necessary for each job. • Must have reliable transportation that is capable of hauling gravel, tools, and all construction materials to the assigned job site. • Communicate effectively with customers to ensure any questions are addressed. • Maintain a clean and organized work area following all safety policies and procedures. • The willingness to learn our business and complete jobs accurately and timely while following the specifications provided. • Maintain open lines of communication with company managers and office staff regarding job status.
