We are a fast-paced business that thrives off of communication and professionalism. At least 2 years of carpentry experience is preferred for this position- painting, drywall and framing experience is a plus. Our company handles a variety of projects including- -New Home Construction -Remodels and Additions -Emergency Water Services -Mitigation and Restoration -Apartment and Condominium Turns and Remodels Job Requirements- - Carpentry experience - Valid driver's license - Working in different locations from Vancouver to Portland areas - Reporting hours using a time-tracking mobile app - Must have the ability to lift 30-50 lb. materials or more - Must be punctual with a professional attitude and approach - Must be able to take direction and thoroughly communicate information Incentives- - Company vehicle and credit card for fuel and material purchases - Quarterly bonuses - Option for a company cell phone or a reimbursement fee - Paid time off and holiday pay - Health insurance - Optional overtime and prevailing wage work - Plenty of opportunity for growth Our starting hourly wages range from $20-$30/hr depending on experience, with a review after 90 days with our company.
