Swift Dustless Demo is seeking a positive, hardworking, and reliable Crew Member to join our new business. Do you love working in the construction field? Crew Members will take our unique dustless equipment and use it to provide next-level demo service to homeowners preparing to remodel. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys the residential construction field, enjoys working with their hands, wants a positive and friendly work environment, likes wrecking stuff, and takes pride in great work and attention to detail. Traditional demo has a problem, there aren’t many dedicated contractors to do the work, and demo work creates a massive mess for the homeowners and a huge health hazard for everyone involved. Swift Dustless Demo uses unique dustless equipment to provide a dedicated, next-level service that not only cares for the homeowner, but also the workers involved. With the right tools, the right culture, and a generous amount of intentionality, we can be a positive change in the trades industry. Qualities & Requirements: • Hard-working • Detail oriented • Reliable - sticks to their word • Positive and uplifting personality • Team player • Prior experience in residential construction or is preferred • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills • Openness to feedback Compensation: $30/hr part time with opportunity for full time 2 week training period at $25/hr Please prepare a relevant resume with references.
