Small Chihuahua dog

We are trying to re-home a small male dog that appears to be a Chihuahua mix for a family member that can no longer care for him. He is very sweet, loves attention, and his favorite bed is a lap. We do not have any vet history for him, but he seems healthy, about 5 years old and has not been neutered. We are not sure if he was properly housetrained by his owner but he has responded well to house training and has not been having accidents. He is super cute but we have cats so can't keep him long term. We want him to find a good home so we are charging a $20 rehoming fee, or alternatively we will be happy to contribute to the cost of getting him neutered. We cannot provide him with the attention and care he needs but if he finds his person we do want to help as we can.
