House in Moab needs: 1. New circuits for remodeled kitchen: dishwasher, disposal, plus new 4x outlet 2. Rewire the 2 ceiling lights, the wire is very old. 3. Troubleshoot and fix a non functioning circuit (3 outlets total) in living room. Same for the recessed lights. They were newly wired by a licensed electrician but dont work. 4. A junction box and light switch both need to be wired as they are now too short to mount to wall. 5. Install new circuit and outlet for a new 110v outdoor hot tub Stay and play! i will also pay for one night hotel, and another $100 towards your gas. I will buy all materials, the $1000 is just for your time. I estimate 6 hours total. There is a brand new 100amp service panel installed, only 6 feet away from all work i need done. There is both crawl space and attic access; there are currently circuits run via both accesses. Could be a nice fit for a competent electrician who likes to visit Moab!
