MOBILE MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN (Providence) compensation: $14.00 - $27.00 per hour employment type: full-time MOBILE MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN A RI Property Management company seeks a full-time maintenance tech to provide routine maintenance, supporting the maintenance needs of a residential and commercial portfolio within the RI area. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of carpentry, painting, plumbing, and basic mechanical and electrical repair experience. This role requires a self-starter that can work with multiple property assignments in a day, is highly organized and can effectively communicate with tenants, co-workers and vendors to resolve maintenance requests working in a team environment. Responsibilities include stocking and maintaining a company vehicle for work travel and tracking and completing daily maintenance requests and being available for rotating after-hours on call. A valid driver's license is required. A BCI check will be required before hiring. We offer a very competitive salary and benefits package.
