Join us every Saturday morning for a free group run followed by donation-based yoga!
Meet on the lawn in front of the My Vinyasa Practice studio at 10 am for a 1.5 mile run/jog/power walk around central Austin, led by Shayne Cerebe! Shayne is an excellent motivator, and will keep your spirits high while you get your heart rate up! At 10:30, we meet back at the studio for donation-based yoga led by Michelle Young.
The run portion of this event is FREE! Space is limited due to social distancing guidelines, so be sure to reserve your spot.
