Young cat for rehoming

My young cat Buddy needs a new home. He just turned a year old, but my landlord found out I was hiding him so he has to go sadly..He is very friendly and loves to run up to people to say hi. He loves to cuddle, chase toys, play outside, and nap. He is laid back though, not obnoxious at night and doesn't mess with wires or anything annoying. He is great around other cats, I am unsure about dogs though. He is neutered, microchipped, and has his shots.There is no rehoming fee, I just want to make sure he goes to someone nice.
