ADMA Contracting, LLC is an Underground Utility Contractor looking for an experienced Pipelayer to help us keep growing. Company offers competitive pay. Responsibilities for Pipelayer: • Check slopes for conformance to requirements, using levels or lasers • Cover pipes with earth or other materials • Connect pipe pieces and seal joints • Cut pipes to required length • Install or repair water, sewer and stormdrain structures or pipe systems • Install or use instruments such as lasers, grade rods or transit levels • Grade or level trench bases using tampering machines or hand tools • Lay out pipe routes following written instructions or blueprints and coordinating layouts with supervisors • Align and position pipes to prepare them for welding or sealing • Dig trenches to desired or required depths by hand or using trenching tools • Train or supervise others in laying pipe • Tap and drill holes into pipes to introduce auxiliary lines or devices Qualifications for Pipelayer: • 5+ years pipe layer experience • Ability to perform manual labor in all types of environments and conditions. • Ability to lift 50+lbs • Ability to read plans/blueprints • Ability to take direction from supervisor Interested applicants please send resumes to [email protected] or apply in person.
