Need two different helpers for two different jobs. Need someone with painting experience, knows how to cut in and roll a wall and trim, some minor spackle work. And general cleaning. Prepping rental properties for new tenants. Pay is $15 an hour, $120 for an eight hour day. Cash paid at end of day. Also need someone who knows how to cut wood, measure correctly cut straight lines with a circular saw, use a tablesaw, install wood window trim and siding must be able to work with others to get the job done quickly and neatly and looking professional. Pay is $15 an hour, $120 for an eight hour day, and the chance to earn more after day one if we like your work. Please do not ask for more money to start, if you are good we will keep you and pay you more. Chance to make up to $25 an hour. But First day will be 15. Experience with installing luxury vinyl plank flooring and quarter round is a plus. Both positions have the chance to last 2 to 3 weeks and possibly more.
