Apply Now: Installer Installers are the most public facing and visible employees of the company. They ensure that manufactured materials are delivered, installed, and uphold the highest quality standards before responsibility shifts to the customer. Responsibilities: Achieves department goals of the installation plan, consistent with established procedures and safety guidelines. Ensure products conform to established customer and company standards. Installers serve as the final step in the quality assurance processes. Use best practices to improve productivity and reduce cost and scrap, monitor scrap and rework data. Recommends installation policies and programs that guide the organization in maintaining and improving its competitive position and profitability. Contribute to various programs essential to installation procedures (e.g., training, safety, housekeeping, worker involvement, security, etc.). Assists with major projects (e.g., plant layout changes, installation of capital equipment, major repairs, etc.). Aid in the professional development of new team members. When not detailed to a worksite, effectively support the shop and print teams as needed. Perform miscellaneous duties and projects as assigned and required. Position Type and Expected Work Hours: This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work greatly vary and are based on client needs. Early mornings, late evenings and long days are very common. When not on a jobsite, work hours are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. This position is overtime eligible. Work Environment: This position is predominately on jobsites from professional offices to new construction. The employee is occasionally exposed to a variety of extreme conditions. The noise level in the work environment can be loud. Physical Demands: Installation of products frequently requires the use of advanced tools, vehicles, machines, and lifting loads of more than 50lbs. Long hours driving to jobsites, ability to see great detail in signs and other public-facing products are required.
